Rose Cottage Designs LAFW

Los Angeles Fashion Week (LAFW) had the cutest models in an amazing fall collection on the runway. Each model presented Rose Cottage Design with charm and charisma at Columbia Square.

Rose Cottage Designs presents the timeless fall winter 2016 collection. Cinda, the designer, is a leading children’s clothing line from Australian. The collection included shorts with tights, skirts, blouses, and adorable dresses. The attention to specific textiles and details make the children’s clothing long-lasting. All clothing is hand-crafted and designed to last.

Each child model’s look was perfectly styled with individualization. Styling elements provided by Loreal Paris Professional, LuxeLab Belair, and Maison Du Sac.

The child models were not shy to the limelight. Many were actors and models from various television shows, commercials, and movies.

Sade Kimora Young, modeling for 8 years, has also appeared in numerous commercials, Within The Dark (movie release in July), American Horror Story, Sister Code, The New Normal, and many more. Her favorite role was in Sister Code. Her styling tip is pulling your hair forward.

Meleaha Winfrey

Meleaha Winfrey was a showstopper and enjoyed her way down the runway. She is a published model.

Alectra Cox wore a beautiful print dress and took her time with the photographers. She assisted Meleaha on the runway when she was allowed too. Alectra has performed in Dance Moms, and is a published model.

Haylie Nowell is a child actress and runway model. She has been on the runways of Art Hearts Fashion, LAFW, and Glam Jam. She has a movie release, Cartoon Book, in the near future.

Addison Riecke besides being a model has performed on stage, television, and commercials. She looked beautiful in the longer dress fitting for fall-winter events.

Joining these young performers in the audience was the designer, Grace Rose Bauer. She has been designing for 11 years and in business for 3 years, Rosie G Style. Her fashion is for young children’s ages 7-14 and fits the dress code at school.

Her start came from the influence of her mother, she is a designer as well. Her passion is the fabric choice for clothing. She presents a fashion show each August Fashion Fundraiser for Cystic Fibrosis.

Grace participates in this event every year. She was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis as an infant. She says, “When you look at me you have no idea that I do treatments & take several medications each day just to stay healthy, eating & breathing. I really want to help find a cure so these things aren’t so difficult for me or anyone living with it.”

The runway was filled with exceptionally talented young ladies. The Rose Cottage Design fashion show presented timeless charming children’s classics.
